§ 11-43-189 — Appointment of Members of Personnel Board by Representatives and Senators in District

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 43 Mayor and Council, Other Officers, Employees, Departments, Etc·Art. 9 Civil Service Merit Systems for Law Enforcement Officers

Each merit system created under this article shall have the option of having at least one member of its personnel board appointed by the Representatives and Senators in that district.
