§ 11-20-10 — Investment in Bonds by Savings Banks and Insurance Companies

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 20 Promotion of Industry and Trade·Art. 1 Acquisition, Ownership, and Lease of Projects by Counties
Bonds issued under the provisions of this article shall be legal investments for savings banks and insurance companies organized under the laws of this state.
