§ 11-14-24 — Conduct of Condemnation Proceedings

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 14 Acquisition, Erection, Maintenance, Etc., of Buildings, Property, Roads, Etc., Generally

The condemnation proceedings for such land and materials shall be as is now provided by law for condemnation of land for public use.
