§ 11-101A-25 — Effect of Formation or Dissolution on Incorporation of Another Authority

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 101A Acquisition of Real and Personal Property for Lease to United States

The formation or dissolution of one authority shall not prevent the subsequent incorporation of another authority pursuant to the authority granted by one or more of the same authorizing subdivisions.
