REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-94 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. Unless its articles of incorporation provide otherwise, every corporation organized under this chapter has perpetual duration and succession in its corporate name and has the same powers as an individual to do all things necessary or convenient to carry out its business and affairs, including, without limitation, all entity powers provided in Sections 10A-1-2.11, 10A-1-2.12, and 10A-1-2.13.
