REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-94 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. This chapter and the provisions of Chapter 1 to the extent applicable to business corporations apply to all existing corporations organized under any general or special law of this state providing for the organization of corporations for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation might be organized under this chapter, where the power has been reserved to amend, repeal or modify the law under which the corporation was organized.
