If the district court or BAP has a mediation procedure applica- ble to bankruptcy appeals, the clerk must, after docketing the ap- peal, promptly notify the parties of:

(a)the requirements of the mediation procedure; and
(b)any effect it has on the time to file briefs. (Added Apr. 25, 2014, eff. Dec. 1, 2014; amended Apr. 2, 2024, eff. Dec. 1, 2024.)
