(a)PRETRIAL CONFERENCES; SCHEDULING; MANAGEMENT. Fed. R.
Civ. P. 16 applies in an adversary proceeding.
(b)DETERMINING PROCEDURE. On its own or a party’s timely mo-
tion, the court must decide whether:
1
(1)to hear and determine the proceeding;
(2)to hear it and issue proposed findings of fact and conclu-
sions of law; or
(3)to take other action.
