Opinion

AYRES, Judge.

The questions of liability were resolved in the companion case of Miller Car Washes, Inc., v. Larry D. Crowe et al, this day decided, 245 So.2d 485. No issue is presented on the appeal with respect to the quantum of the award of damages sustained to plaintiff’s assured’s automobile. Hence, the judgment appealed is affirmed at defendants-appellants’ costs.

Affirmed.

Rehearing denied.

Heard, J., recused.
