Opinion

In an action to declare unconstitutional and void a resolution denying appellant’s application for a permit to use his property as a gasoline service and filling station, and for other relief, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
