On 20 September 2018, this Court allowed Plaintiff's petition for writ of certiorari to review the decision of the North Carolina Business Court. The record on appeal in this matter shall be due no later than fifteen (15) days from the filing date of this Order. The Appellant's brief shall be due thirty (30) days from the filing of the record in accordance with the North Carolina Rules of Appellate Procedure.
