Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Williams, P. J., who dissents and votes to reverse and to grant a new trial because of errors of law. in the admission of evidence and errors in the charge. (Appeal from judgment and order of Cayuga Trial Term for plaintiffs in a negligence action; the order denied a motion for a new trial.) Present- — -Williams, R. J., Bastow, Goldman and Noonan, JJ.
