Opinion

In an action for an accounting and other relief with respect to a claimed joint business venture, plaintiff appeals from so much of an interlocutory judgment as denies, fails and refuses to award him certain desired relief. Interlocutory judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Johnston, Acting P. J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ. [See post, p. 951.]
