Order entered on or about June 7, 1960, denying petitioner’s application to rescind the action of the Police Commissioner of the City of New York disapproving petitioner’s application for full pay while on sick leave, and dismissing the petition, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion. Concur—Botein, P. J., Rabin, Valente, McNally and Eager, JJ.
