Opinion

The issues being the same in this case as in the suit of Bank of Commerce v. Rudolph Yunkes, 36 So.2d 849, in which we have this day rendered judgment for the reasons therein stated, it is hereby ordered that the judgment of the District Court be affirmed and that, accordingly, plaintiffs' suit be dismissed at their cost. *Page 856
