Opinion
Order dismissing first, third and fourth causes of action set forth in the amended complaint in action to recover certain personal property alleged to have been delivered to defendant by reason of a mutual promise to marry, and severing the second cause of action, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant to answer to the second cause of action within ten days from entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
