PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of June 10, 2003, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal in lower court case number 99-10226 was not timely filed. Thus, the Court lacks jurisdiction to review the [1126]*1126order on appeal. Accordingly, the appeal of case number 99-10226 is hereby dismissed.

DISMISSED.
