Opinion

March 6, 1942. The opinion of the Court was delivered by This Court being satisfied with the correctness and reasoning of the well considered order of Honorable L.D. Lide, Judge of the Twelfth Circuit, from which order this appeal is taken, we adopt said order as the opinion of the Court, and direct that it be published herewith.

The appeal is hereby dismissed.
