Petitioner seeks certiorari review of an appellate decision of the circuit court, but has failed to demonstrate that the circuit court either failed to afford him due process, or that it failed to apply the correct law. Accordingly, the petition for writ of certiorari is DENIED. See Ivey v. All[1164]*1164state Insurance Company, 774 So.2d 679 (Fla.2000).
