Opinion

Upon hearing Council on both sides, It is the Opinion of this Court, That the Demurrer made by the Defendants in this Cause be overruled, That they put in their Answer to the Plaintiff’s Bill, That the Plea Stand till Answer, and that the Defendants pay the usual Costs of Overruling the Demurrer.
