Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We construe the order complained of to limit the deposition of the medical witness to a determination of what records the witness reviewed before rendering an opinion in the pre-suit screening of respondent’s claim. The order specifically bars discovery of the doctor’s opinions or bases thereof concerning the respondent’s condition or treatment. As construed, we deny the petition seeking to quash the order.

ANSTEAD, LETTS and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
