Opinion

Appeal by defendant from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 11, 1980, which granted plaintiffs’ motion to restore the action to the Trial Calendar and denied defendant’s cross motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. This case should be promptly tried. Hopkins, J. P., Titone, Mangano and Cohalan, JJ., concur.
