Opinion

On Confession of Error

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the brief of appellant, the record and the state’s confession of error, the Delinquency Disposition Order under review shall be amended to reflect an adjudication of resisting an officer with violence as alleged in count II of the Petition for Delinquency instead of the incorrect statement that the adjudication was based on an aggravated assault. The order is otherwise affirmed.
