Opinion

The master’s report was read, whereupon ordered, that the sale of the house and land reported by the master, as necessary to be made in this case, be postponed; And that the master do give notice to the creditors of the testator to come in before him, on or before the second Monday in December next, to prove and otherwise sub-tantiate their demands to his satisfaction; And that he do then report thereon to this court for their further consideration.
