ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
We treat the appellees’ pending motion as a confession of error. Upon consideration thereof and upon review of the record, the order below is reversed on the authority of Commonwealth Fed. Sav. & Loan Ass’n v. Tubero, 569 So.2d 1271 (Fla.1990), and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.
