Mr. Allein of the Complainant’s Counsel, alledged, in the presence of Mr. Whitaker of the Defendant’s Counsel, that the delay in prosecuting this Suit, was occasioned by the troublesomeness of the accounts between the Partys; which he had endeavoured to get adjusted by Auditors.
