Opinion

Upon Motion of Mr. Attorney General made to the Court for Confirming the Decree in this Cause made the 7th March last, The Said Decree being [439]*439drawn up in Form was now read, Whereupon It is Ordered That the said Decree be Confirmed and made absolute; And the great Seal was fixed to the Same and Signed by the Members of the Said Council then present.
