Opinion

Upon Motion of Mr. Wright of Counsel for the Complainant, It was prayed That the Decree of the Court in this Cause made the 19 th Instant may be Confirmed The Said Decree drawn up in Form was now Read, and the Counsel for the Defendant having no Objection against the same, as by Notice in Writing under his hand read to this Court appeared, It is thereupon Ordered That the said Decree be Confirmed and made absolute; And the Same was Signed accordingly.
