Tort claim; money wrongfully distributed by district court official. — This case came before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s petition and plaintiff’s response thereto. Upon consideration thereof, and based upon United States v. Holland-America Lijn, 254 U.S. 148, the court concluded that plaintiff’s claim was not within the jurisdiction of this court, and, on March 23,1962, ordered that the petition be dismissed.
