Appeal from an order adjudging appellant in contempt for failure to pay $488.60 found to be due to respondent under the terms of a judgment of divorce and denying his motion to modify certain provisions of the judgment. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ., concur.
