Opinion

In an action to recover damages for breach of a contract for the purchase and sale of real property, the appeal is (1) from an order of the County Court of Rockland County granting respondents’ motion for leave to enter judgment on a. stipulation entered into in open court, and (2) from the judgment entered thereon. Order and judgment unanimously affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
