Order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur, except Lewis, J., who dissents and votes for reversal and reinstatement of the verdict. (The order sets aside the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff and grants a new trial in an automobile negligence action.) Present — Crosby, Lewis, Cunningham, Taylor and Dowling, JJ.
