ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PATTERSON, Judge.

On the authority of Ex Parte Wood, 564 So.2d 860 (Ala.1990), this case is hereby reversed and the cause is remanded to the circuit court.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
