Action to recover moneys alleged to be wrongfully withheld. Order denying plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on the ground that there is no defense to the action and that the answer is a sham affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
