Opinion

The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment of the Common Pleas on the 18th May, 1885, in the following opinion:

Per Curiam.

The manifest intent of the grantor was to give to his wife the use of the property so long only as she should remain nis widow". The judgment is affirmed on the able opinion of the judge in the Court below.

J udgment affirmed.-
