Order granting in part and in part denying appellants’ motion for examination of respondents before trial, and denying appellants’ motion for inspection and discovery of respondents’ books and records, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
