Opinion

In an action for a separation, order denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for insufficiency, to strike out certain paragraphs thereof, or to compel the plaintiff to state separately and number her causes of action, affirmed, without costs, with leave to defendant to answer within ten days from the entry of t'he order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Close, JJ., concur.
