For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Tutorship of Larry Witt, 99-646 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/3/99); 747 So.2d 1142, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of appeal are assessed to appellants, Helen Witt, Larry Witt, Harold Bonesio, Thomas Bonesio and the United States of America.
AFFIRMED.
