In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its order in Wisnaskv v. City of Vandalia, case No. 5-17-0418 (12/04/17), denying defendant's application for leave to appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 308. The appellate court is directed to allow the application for leave to appeal.
