PER CURIAM.

The petitioner has not shown that the trial court departed from the essential requirements of the law when it denied the motion to dismiss the medical negligence complaint filed against the petitioner. We find it unnecessary to address other matters discussed by the parties.

Petition for writ of certiorari denied.
