Action to recover damages for fraudulent concealment and misrepresentation by defendant on the sale of real property to plaintiffs. Order denying the defendant’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint and for summary judgment in favor of the defendant and against the plaintiffs, pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
