Opinion

WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.

The judgment of this court entered May 6, 1981, reversed the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama. The Supreme Court of Alabama, 414 So.2d 954, by judgment of February 5, 1982, reversed the said judgment of this court and remanded the case. In accord with that remand, this court now affirms the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County.

AFFIRMED.

BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
