Opinion
The final order of the Division of PariMutuel Wagering is affirmed upon a holding that there is substantial competent evidence in the record to support the hearing officer’s determinations, which were adopted by the Division, that Winfield violated three rules of the Florida Administrative Code.
Affirmed.
