Opinion

THOMPSON, J.

Theresa Rena Wilson appeals a summary judgment in favor of Sun State Ford, Inc., et al. The facts and issues in this case are identical to the facts and issues in Burch v. Sim State Ford, Inc., 864 So.2d 466 (Fla. 5th DCA 2004). For the reasons stated in Burch, we reverse the order granting summary judgment.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
