This case, upon its facts, is controlled in favor of the defendant in error by the rulings made in the cases of Standard Wagon Co. v. Lowry, 94 Ga. 614, American Nat. Bk. v. Brunswick Co., 100 Ga. 92, and Hall v. Armour Packing Co., 102 Ga. 586; and the judgment of the court below is

Affirmed.

All concurring, except Lumpkin, P. J., disqualified.
