Opinion

Upon Motion this present day made unto this Court by Mr. Hume being of the Defendant’s Counsel; It is Ordered That The Defendant in respect of the reasons contained in his Affidavit read in Court, have time to answer till the Second Tuesday in February next, and in the mean time all process of Contempt for not answering are stayed.
