Opinion
This cause was adjourned here for decision, from the county of Brown. It was a hill of review, seeking to review and reverse the decision rendered in this cause by this court, in their session of December, 1825. 2 Ohio, 124. The defendants demurred. After hearing argument, the court adhered to their former opinion, and the bill of review was dismissed.
