PICKETT, Judge.

For the reasons discussed in the companion case in this consolidated matter, Curtis v. Branton Industries, 06-675 (La. App. 3 Cir. 11/2/2006), 944 So.2d 716, 2006 WL 3093239, the judgment of the trial court is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings. Costs of this appeal are assessed to the defendants, An-dritz, Zurn, and Chicago Bridge.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
