AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT

RUSSELL, Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed by the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion of December 11, 1992, 617 So.2d 1032, the judgment is now reversed and the case is remanded for further discovery and proceedings consistent with the supreme court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
