AFTER REMANDMENT

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

The judgment of the circuit court is reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial as directed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Williams, 461 So.2d 852 (Ala.1984).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
